About Adéla

Adéla is of counsel at the firm and specializes in employment, immigration and public procurement law.

When advising clients, Adéla harnesses her extensive expertise in both individual and collective employment law, enabling her to provide comprehensive guidance to the clients. She is well-versed in drafting contractual documentation related to hiring, changes and termination of employment, internal policies, and other relevant employment documents. Her practice also extends to negotiating labor disputes, facilitating out-of-court settlements, and representing clients in proceedings before Labor Inspections.

Adéla also specializes in cross-border employment matters, managing issues such as employee postings and arrangements for working from abroad. Adéla also has experience in immigration law.

Throughout her career, Adéla has gained expertise in public law procurement, which included preparing tender conditions, their subsequent administration, and the preparation of bids to the tenders.
