Jaroslav Janoušek
Attorney / Of-Counsel
About Jaroslav
Jaroslav specializes in the fields of litigation, enforcement, and insolvency law. In addition to his legal practice, he gained valuable experience working alongside a court bailiff and as part of a secondment, collaborating with an insolvency trustee.
He has also completed several internships at courts and public prosecutors' offices.
In his work for clients, he draws upon experiences gained outside of advocacy, enabling him to assess cases from diverse perspectives, rather than just from the attorney's standpoint.
He values transparent and equitable dealings and prefers to communicate clearly from the beginning if a requested approach is appropriate rather than lead the client into an unnecessary dispute.
His diverse experience allows him to deliver results-oriented and strategic legal advice, while always focusing on prioritizing fairness, efficiency, and the long-term interests of his clients.
