Daniela is a leading authority in immigration law with nearly 20 years of experience guiding clients through the complexities of mobility, residency, and immigration legislation. Her expertise spans relocations, visa processes, residence permits, Czech citizenship, and the employment of foreign nationals—covering both EU and third-country workers. She is also highly skilled in document legalization and nostrification, ensuring every aspect of her clients' cases is handled with precision.

She worked for over 14 years as a Senior Immigration Consultant in two top consulting firms, where she built her reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Daniela also shares her knowledge through training and lectures on the employment of foreigners, delivering sessions for both professionals and the general public.

Daniela's foundation in immigration law is reinforced by her early work at the Czech Ministry of the Interior, where she contributed to visa policy and represented the Czech Republic in the EU Council's working group on visas in Brussels. During the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2009, she co-chaired this group, shaping European visa policy at the highest level.
