She worked for over 14 years as a Senior Immigration Consultant in two top consulting firms, where she built her reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Daniela's foundation in immigration law is reinforced by her early work at the Czech Ministry of the Interior, where she contributed to visa policy and represented the Czech Republic in the EU Council's working group on visas in Brussels. During the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2009, she co-chaired this group, shaping European visa policy at the highest level.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, Daniela specialized in European and asylum law and gained early hands-on experience with the Organization for Aid to Refugees. Her education also includes a study exchange in European law at the University of Limerick, Ireland.
