Denisa Jiříková

Denisa Jiříková is a dedicated paralegal with a background in both law and business.

She is currently a second-year student at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and a third-year student at the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague.

Her primary focus areas include civil and commercial law, contract law, and corporate compliance. Her unique legal expertise and understanding of economic principles enable her to address legal matters from a strategic and business-oriented perspective.

Denisa is particularly interested in how legal frameworks intersect with business operations, and she is keen to explore legal solutions that support innovation and entrepreneurship. She is also expanding her knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements to better assist clients in navigating legal complexities.

Her enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and multidisciplinary education make her a valuable support member of the PEERS legal team.
